When I began working at Doremus, they were undergoing a major rebranding. This included redefining how they interacted in social media. Before taking over management of their Twitter account, I crafted the social media voice guide that laid out exactly who Doremus is, and how to convey that voice across channels. That guide can be seen in their brand book, and is referred to by all Doremus offices.
